1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Forum EO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including forum members, moderators, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Forum EO is a SaaS platform for managing EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) Forum groups, providing:

• Meeting management with structured agendas
• Structured reflections across Work, Family, and Personal life domains
• AI-powered coaching and analysis
• Discussion topic voting and management
• Collaborative constitution management
• Action item tracking and accountability
• Availability scheduling
• File management and document storage
• Email notifications and weekly digests

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created via Google SSO or admin invitation
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• Admin users may create accounts on behalf of forum members
• Accounts may be deactivated by administrators

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use Forum EO only for legitimate EO Forum activities
• Not upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Not share login credentials
• Not attempt to access other users' private data (reflections, AI analysis)
• Respect the confidentiality of forum discussions and reflections
• Not use AI features to generate harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create (reflections, topics, comments, constitution contributions)
• You grant Forum EO a license to store, process, and display your content within the platform
• You grant Forum EO a license to process your content through AI providers for the purpose of delivering AI features
• Forum EO does not claim ownership of your content

7. Privacy

Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Forum EO, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

• Forum EO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

• You may stop using Forum EO at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policies

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms
• Material changes will be communicated via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
